Beware if you plan to purchase something at this store! I tried to purchase a GE Profile stove but it did not include 3 of the burners. I told the sales assiciate that they would have a sale when the burners arrived. I called at least 10 times asking if the parts arrived. No one told me that in order for them to save the stove for me I needed to pay for it. The manager was on vacation during part of this time. When I asked if the burners arrived, I was told I'm not sure if he ordered the parts???? This did not deter me.....I kept calling. Finally the burners arrived and the manager returned from his vacation and I was told that the stove is complete. I said that my husband and I would purchase the stove when we returned from Boston. An hour later, the manager called and told me that the stove was sold to someone else. I am not accostomed to this kind of customer service from Sears. We wanted to purchase from them because we were returning customers having had purchase other appliances from them. This store has to learn how to communicate with each other particularly when someone goes on vacation so customers can get straight answers. And they need to be on board with store policies. If you have a customer that is interested in purchasing something, pay attention to them.
Perhaps, we should go to Home Depot or Lowes!
