I love there cake but ever time i order my cake from this one. Cant never find my cake or my cake is not made or is the wrong damn cake i will never ever come bak i will b doin my shopping on hwy 100 where my order will b there da day i order it....

I use to love their cakes with the whipped frosting. I order them all the time, i even have my relatives buying them. I ordered my favorite chocolate on chocolate whipped frosting. Picked it up on my scheduled date and time, got the cake home and it diffently was not what i ordered. It was regular chocolate frosting, don't get me wrong i like regular frosting its just too sweet for me now i'm older. As they say shame on me, I did it again i broke down and gave them another chance, I ordered cupcakes for my daughters babyshower ordered the same thing whipped chococlate frosting. I even talked to the manager about my last order and he assured me i wouldn't have that problem but i guess his word is not worth anything sure enough i got home and my whipped frosting was surely not whipped.. guess i will be going to hwy 100 with everyone else.

I was very disappointed of this locations selection. The location on HWY 100 has a wide and better assortment than the Calumet location. I love the HWY 100 location. The Calumet location bakery number is always busy or no one answers. I took two samples one Saturday morning and the sample lady acted as if she wanted to charge me for the second one. It is just tacky. You always have to stand in line for several minutes. Not enough lanes open during peak times of the day.

I ordered 2 party trays for my daughter's baby shower. Your pamphlet states the tray consists of 8 @ croissont sandwiches of beef, turkey and honey ham. When we opened the trays each one had only 19 sandwiches when their should have been 24. Thanks for making us short on food & cheating me!
