It has been the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, I put up with a lot but, this so called "Auto tech "literary broke my car instead of fix it.

and wally is an ignorant dishonest attendant.

Karma is a law and God forsake him for his injustice.



*Please reconsider before taking your car there, and if you do have someone else from a different shop check it before and after your visit there.

I took my car a Lexus RX300 to National Auto Tech & Towing located at 630 W. National Ave. To be repaired and I took a previous paper work I obtained from Auto Zone that I received earlier that day. Needless to say the check engine lite reading from Auto Zone said I needed to check E Vac code system & cylinder 4 was missfiring. So the owner Wally said he would look at my car and get back to me, this was on July 18th, 2014. On that same day I returned and he said he was too busy to get my car to leave it with him and give him more time. I call that Monday and he said again he was too busy he would for sure have my car ready Tuesday the next day. I received a call from Wally that I needed a new E Vac code system and I agreed for him to fix it and he said I can pick up my car before 5pm. He was ordering the part after our phone call and he again would have my car ready. However I discovered nothing had been fix on my car and Wally denied it of course. I will not recommended this auto shop to anyone. This has be a nightmare attempting to get my money back. My car was checked out by the Lexus dealership on 14th Silver Spring & Richlen Garage on 64th Lincoln both in Milwaukee and both places showed me that Wally's auto shop never did anything to my car and agreed I was ripped off. Dave at Richlen Garage disciver my cylinder 4 was craked and place a new one in for me because he felt so sorry that National Auto Tech & Towing took advantage of me.

the review that was given to my business should have been to NATIONAL MUFFLER and BRAKE. I own national auto tech and towing, my business does not do repos of any vehicles for PLS or anybody. DO NOT USE THEM.They towed my car as a repo for pls my car. The emergency brake was on and the steering wheel was turned and locked they dragged the car for about 25 feet across concrete and then down the curb crushing the headers and the flowmaster mufflers and crushing the crome exhaust tips the exhaust system was only 2 weeks old and now needs to be replaced.The front end alinment is completely off and my tie rod ends are off as well the parking brake and the cable needs to be repaired or replaced.When i brought this up to pls pay day loan store they also agreed that they are reckless when it comes to towing of peoples car.IF YOU WANT your car wrecked call national towing they will do it free of charge.when i asked them about what happen to my car they told me to go F. your self and that i should pay my bills on time so your car wont be repod for the record i was only 3 days late on my car note and yes i do have my car i got it back on 08/22/2012.I will be filing Civil law suit against national towing.
