Great service. They were highly recommended from a coworker and they have never disappointed. They have helped me with everything from a small part for my patio door handle, to a screen repair, to a new front entry door. Would highly recommend.

I sent them an email through their contact page and received no response after waiting 10 days. Then today I called to ask about the email and the phone was answered with a voicemail saying 'We are too busy to answer your call. Please call back later.' This is the rudest treatment I have received in a long time. Too bad they are wasting so much money advertising for new customers and then they just turn them away at the front door.

We bought a $300 "accordion" type screen door for our lower level that never worked. We also paid one of their contractors to put it in and several subsequent follow up visits. Finally I gave up after Lisbon "couldn't do anything more". We're now looking for a replacement from another retailer so we can use our patio and porch (hopefully next year). Funny, in our business we stop at nothing to satisfy OUR customers. They hire some hack and, oh well, if it doesn't work,it doesn't work. Maybe they can fix a window, but be wary of anything else. It's a shame too, my family has been going there for more years then I can remember.

Had a problem with a door I bought. Manager was very rude and didn't seem like he cared, much less even want to try to resolve the issue. I will not be giving them one more cent and I urge you not to. Find a place that cares for their customers.

Great one of a kind store!!! At Lisbon Storm Screen & Door they sell not only high quality new windows, doors, and storms at a great price, they have an entire warehouse full of hidden treasures. The warehouse is full of old windows and doors and a lot of times with a little bit of work you can clean the things up to look like new again. They have all sorts of old hardware and can get just about anything. Even when they are extremely and do not have what I'm looking for, they always take the time to let me know where I might be able to get it. They have a great family atmosphere and its a great place to shop for windows and doors for your house.

I contacted Lisbon Storm and Screen thru their website regarding some windows for my home. They referred my call to Ron Fry of Ron Fry Contractors and he came and gave me an estimate. BIG MISTAKE!!! DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE BY THIS MAN. I PAID HIM A DOWN PAYMENT AND WEEKS LATER I WILL STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS. WHEN I CALLED HIM HE WAS RUDE AND NASTY TO ME. HIS WIFE WAS EVEN WORSE. I HAD TO GO THRU HELL TO GET HIM TO FINALLY INSTALL THE WINDOWS. HIS WORK IS TERRIBLE. THE CAULKING WAS RUNNING ALL OVER THE WOOD AND INSDIE THE WINDOWS. I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO COME IN AND FIX IT. I SENT THEM PICTURES AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT IT. THEY HAD THEIR EMAIL DISCONNECTED TO AVOID MY PICTURES AND CONTACT. HE AND HIS WIFE LIE THRU THEIR TEETH. HE INSISTED ON GETTING HIS CHECK BEFORE I COULD INSPECT HIS WORK. I REPORTED HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY ONLY LIED MORE.

I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE HIS BAD WORK!!!! LISBON STORM AND SCREEN TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER WORK WITH HIM, WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE. THEY DO INDEED WORK WITH HIM. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS.

While on leave from the army, my husband purchased a front entry way door for our rental property from Lisbon Storm, Screen & Door. He was told it would be ready to pick up in four days. No call was given to tell us of any delays so in the afternoon my husband drove over an hour to the store and was told that they didn't have the door and that it wouldn't be ready for an additional five days. I spoke with Eric the manager about this and asked for a discount for the time and money that was lost due to their lack of follow up. Eric's recommendation was to contact Chapture 8 housing for compensation. When it was explained to him that our tenants are not Chapture 8 recipients he then curtly retorted,"Why should I lose money because of my manufacturer." No apology or attempt at remorse was given. He demonstrated a complete disregard for his customers, their time and resources. His only goal was taking one's money, regardless of the service rendered.
