These guys are great. I have ...

These guys are great. I have called Knauer for 13 years since I moved into my house on the east side of Milwaukee. Very honest, professional and clean cut. Thet really know how to service my old plumbing and heating system. My parents used them and I was told my grand parents even used Knauer.

Great work!

Excellent work and ethics. We have used Knauer many times for all of our properties. We buy homes and fix them up and sell them. Anytime we have an issue with an existing unit in the home, we call Knauer to come and look at the issue and they make any necessary fixes or replacements. They don't charge an arm and a leg and they are fast and dependable. We recommend Knauer to everyone.

Terrible experience. Avoid.

Before a home purchase, we had them come out and do an inspection on an expansion tank that our inspector said was faulty. Knauer insisted that it was fine. They even signed on the company letterhead that the expansion tank was OK.

One week later it turned out that the expansion tank was NOT OK, and needed to be replaced!! They said that it would cost less than $500 to replace it, but once they sent us their quote, they wanted $1130!

I wish I had never dealt with Knauer. They don't stand by their word, and their customer service is a joke. Their answer to my complaint was ""sue me.""
