Its design team advises customers on some of the latest trends in home decorating. The company helps customers arrange mortgages through a partnership with Shelter Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Guaranty Bank. Kaerek Homes floor plans include ranch, two-story, duplex, tri-level and town house styles, as well as customized designs.
