I can not resist writing about my experiences with Dr. Costello and his staff, especially after reading that review that was totally unfounded and unkind. I have been a patient of Dr. Costello for about a decade. Before that, I had feared dentists and had not been to one in about seven years. My initial consultation was with the doctor himself, not a staff member. He listened to every one of my needs and fears about dentists with zero attitude and only a true want to make me comfortable and accommodated (I even received a thank you note, hand written, after my initial appointment). This type of care has remained consistent for a decade. Every person I have contact with are extraordinarily kind, professional, helpful and very interested in me coming back! In fact, I schedule three month cleanings when I leave because I truly want to!! In addition, I own a hair salon and refer my clients to him, ALL of which are very pleased. If you want to make a wise decision, you will choose this dentist!

A Good Dentist

This is a great dentist, unlike the other review I did not have any issues with any of the staff members. I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment after my initial appointment as well as had no insurance issues.

The facilities are wonderful as you can watch TV and tune-out everything around you while they work on you, The dentists themselves are very friendly and very easy to get along with. I would recommend

Worst Dentist Ever!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to! Although the facilities are nice, the attitudes of the staff are terrible! Not only will they not schedule your next appointment while you are there (you have to call 2 months before you want an appt), but when you ask why, they rudely scoff at you and say it is their policy!

If that kind of anti-customer policy isn?t enough, they have another policy saying they only charge your insurance 1 time per year, even if you?re insurance accepts up to 3 times! They even lied and said it was the insurance company?s policy. After arranging a conf call with the insurance company they tried talking with the dentist, but he would rather lose a customer than modify their policy!
