Had to get my transmission rebuilt and they built it with a fair price and a warranty. Professional and would definitely recommended!

I have had work done on my trucks and cars by DJ for the past 25 years, but fortunately haven't needed his service for several years. This week I called and he got me right in and problem solved, but that's not the end of the story. We live west of Milwaukee about 35 miles and he offered to drop the van at a Park and Ride site 10 minutes east. He wouldn't accept anything for this convenience!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! YOU DON'T FIND TO MANY BUSINESSES TODAY THAT GO THE EXTRA MILE!!!!

NEVER GO TO DJS TRANSMISSION

When I first told him it was driving rough right after they rebuilt the transmission they told me "it needs to get used to your driving habits." Few days later it needed to be towed in for the first time. They wouldn't tell me what was wrong with it, just said it was covered by warranty.

Second time it needed to be towed in they Told me "it should be fine" when trans temp was 284 degrees 5 mins later something went wrong and dumped out fluid everywhere while on freeway towed to ATRA member shop and Djs wouldn't let them do any work to the car. So DJs had it towed from northern fond du lac Back to Milwaukee. The other shop told me they didn't even put the cotter keys back on for the ball joints, and that my transmission should have been at least $3k Djs only wanted $1,700. Certainly makes me wonder what quality parts or work is done here. I didn't hear from them for days and wasn't told they even towed my car until I called on a Monday asked for update and was told it would be done either end of day Monday or first thing Tuesday didn't get a call until Thursday.

Third thing my car was making a knocking noise they told me it was motor mounts. So they replaced them and said my car had 5 mounts which there's only 4 so they over charged me for that. So my car was still making the same noise took it in and they came up with my car needing new lower ball joints, control arms, and bushings. So I take it to another shop and they find nothing wrong with any of those. In fact I had a lose tie rod end. Which is something djs transmission never even told me was wrong. they just wanted another $1,000 from me. Never will I go there or would suggest anyone to ever go there

I took my 2004 Acura TSX to DJ's when I noticed transmission issues, not only was the service superior, the price was fair. While my Acura transmission was being fixed, the staff noticed wear in my brake pads, they fixed this issue after placing a phone call to me for permission, saving me the cost of replacing rotors in the future. They went above and beyond, I've trusted their service for years and continue to take all my vehicles to DJs.

This place has the very finest service. Ive had many vehicles serviced here through the years and couldnt be more pleased. Quality work and fast courteous service.

We were having problems with our gears slipping in our car. We took it in and they guys were so great and helpful at DJs that I just had to write a review. (Don't know what happened to that other lady, but our experience was super!)



They test drove it, did diagnostics and took the took the time to explain what was wrong. We left our vehicle there and they called us the next day to pick it up. It was ready when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. (We checked around first, based on what we knew to be wrong). I cannot tell you how helpful and friendly this place is! If you have a problem, I would highly recommend them!

I brought my vehicle in for work and they had to keep it overnight and throughout thr weekend. Upon paying and entering my vehicle, we discovered my CD player/stereo had been stolen! This place has a huge barb-wire fence around the proximity, so I don't know how anyone got in. My windows were not broken either, so the door must have been open. They offered to replace the stereo but after wasting another 6 hours and they were not finished, we decided to just have them supply the parts and we would install it ourselves. I have told everyone I know about this place and would never suggest anyone go here!‎
