Great customer service, outstanding Barbecue at a great price. Our ribs are grilled slowly with a variety of wood chips. We slow cook our ribs for four hours, every time we flip our ribs they're basted with our home made country liquid sauce to get the meat to our desired tenderness. Chicken is prepared on the grill for four to five hours, we also apply our homemade country liquid sauce to give our chicken that juicy taste we're known for. Our chicken will never be dry at BigCountry's Barbecue.
