NOT YOUR USUAL PIZZA "JOINT"

BEAUTY, THEY SAY, IS ONLY ON THE SURFACE. NOT TRUE FOR THIS "EXPERIENCE". THIS QUAINT PLACE, KNOWN FOR IT'S PIZZA, IS REALLY A "DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH". PLACES COME AND GO ......... BUT, THIS ONE STICKS LIKE GLUE ! THE SURROUNDINGS, DESCRIBED BY SOME, IS "Hoitey-Toity". TOSA PEOPLE LIKE TO CONSIDER THEMSELVES ALMOST "Elite". I GUESS THIS IS WHY THE "Tosa Highland's" EXHISTS. BUT THIS PLACE COMPLIMENTS, AND ENHANCES, IT'S SURROUNDINGS OF PLACES AND PEOPLE. THIS RESTAURANT HAS BEEN, AND WILL BE, THERE TO SURVIVE. THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC, AND CONSISTANT. WINE SELECTIONS ARE ABOVE WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT. QUALITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A KEY POINT. THE OWNER, JIMMY BALISTRERI, TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN THIS, AND HIS OTHER LOCATION Balistreri's Bluemound Inn.THE STAFF IS OBVIOUSLY PERSONALLY SELECTED BY JIMMY.
