Extremely rude & poor customer service

She took a long time, overcharged, and was rude. She only takes cash. When I suggested she provide better customer service she laughed and said she had plenty of business. I will never go back.

Great work!

I am a shorter individual and Anna has been shortening my pants for years. She has always been respectful and helpful. Her eastern European style is to the point. She will not waste your time, and does great work!

rude on the phone

I also tried calling on the phone and she seemed to be irritated that I wanted to give her business. I will probably never go there now.

so rude on the phone

I just moved to Milwaukee and must get a bridesmaid's dress altered. I took it to the shop recommended by the shop that sold me the dress and they are charging me a fortune (nearly twice what another girl is paying for fewer alterations in Chicago), so I called Anna to try and get an idea of what she might charge for the same alterations. I know what alterations are needed, what fabric the dress is, and all of the information necessary, but she refused to give me even idea of how much she would charge. I understand it would be difficult to give me an exact quote, but a general idea of what she charges was all I was looking for and she was incredibly rude to me. I live nearby and would have been happy to give her a lifetime of business if I'd of had a chance to work with her, but that's never going to happen now.
