        When i started my account, she applied discount for my previous insurance that i had with Geico. She took that off without informing me even though I sent the proof. She does not pick her phone up and I always had to send email. Very difficult to work with. I called in to cancel my policy as i got a better rate from Travellers. Still she took more than 2 weeks to cancel and I had to call customer care 3 times.
