Very dissatisfied with walk in clinic . Very unprofessional and never again will I use this facility, not to mention I had to go to Aurora to get treated a week later and I was treated with dignity and respect .
My husband was a patient at St. Lukes for 10 yrs but because of lack of insurance he received less yhan adequate care....towards the end of his life i was told about Gerald Ignace Indian Health Center they helped to get him insurance and helped with the expensive medication....they treated him with so much dignity and respect....unfortunately it was to late for him...but i will be forever grateful to them...i am now a patient of theirs and i havr referred many peoe to them....all are ery happy....
DR. JIN IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE SEEN SINCE I CAME TO USA IN 1988. NOT ONLY FOR HIS WONDERFUL AND RICH EXPERIENCES, ALSO FOR THEIR WARMLY SERVICE. THAT'S WHY I LIKE TO VISIT HIM FROM CHICAGO TO THEIR CLINIC VIA 2 HOURS DRIVING.
This is the worst I've ever been to. The receptionistclearly did not care and obviously didn't even knowhow to deal in patient care. No compassion at all and over the top unprofessional.
I started my newborn son at 16th Street Community Health. Our pediatrician, Dr. Dunn, is fabulous, knowledgable and thorough. That's where it ends. This clinic has an absolutely insane policy of only scheduling two weeks ahead. If you work and need to give your boss more than two weeks to have time off, forget it. If you've got a vacation coming up that you need to schedule around, forget it. If the doctor goes on vacation, you can't schedule something for his/her return time. I called FOUR weeks in a row and between my job, our vacation, and the doctor's time off, every time I called I was told, "I can only schedule two weeks out so you'll have to try again next week." At the fifth week trying to get my newborn son in, I got fed up and asked for the office manager. I was transferred to her voice mail, left a message (upset tone but no swearing) and never got a call back. This is the staff that I'm entrusting my child's health to? I don't think so!
