I will NEVER go to this branch the tellers were very rude both tellers acted as if I was wasting their time, I was the one of two people in the bank however I think they need to be retrained to deal with all cultures also if your working a job the requires interactions with the public treat people the way you would like to be treated Victor also the lead teller I did not see her name badge will tell my coworkers to spread the word do no bank at this location. Watch your Bank Statements very carefully.Say you make 3 purchases in a day with your Debit Card and the 1st purchase is $10,your 2nd purchase is $73,and the 3rd purchase is $100. The ORDER OF YOUR Wells Fargo purchases goes by the biggest purchase first, and then the next biggest purchase and so on. In my example, the 3rd purchase of $100 would be processed first, instead of the real first purchase of $10.People don't know about this and Wells Fargo gets alot of people to make OVERDRAFTS this way. I was a Customer of Wells Fargo for almost 7 years now, and just out of the blue, Wells Fargo decided to close out my Checking Account and I wouldn't even know if I wasn't checking on my Transactions.Wells Fargo Claims Dept.said they decided to close out my Checking Account because I had 9 Fraudulent Claims in a 5 month period. When Wells Fargo gives you a Debit Card,one of the good things that comes with your Debit Card is that you're not responsible for any Fraudulent activity that isn't your fault. Every single Claim that I filed was TRUE and Wells Fargo had to give me my money back because of the Fraud, and Wells Fargo also has to give you back any OVERDRAFTS that Wells Fargo charges you because of the Fraud activity.WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!! The exact answer Wells Fargo gave me about why my Checking Account was closed is ,"it's not beneficial for Wells Fargo to have us as CLIENTS."This means that Wells Fargo closed my Checking account because they weren't making any money off of me and Wells Fargos EMPLOYEES make a promise to you to watch your Account on the day of your DIRECT DEPOSIT and then the EMPLOYEE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING THAT THEY PROMISED AND YOUR MONEY FOR THE WHOLE MONTH GOES INTO THE WRONG ACCOUNT, AND IT TAKES WELLS FARGO 3 EXTRA DAYS TO GET THE MONEY WHERE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. THEREFORE, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE OPENING A SAVINGS OR A CHECKING ACCOUNT AT ANY ,"WELLS FARGO BANKS IN THE WORLD!!!"Worst Customer Service that I ever had with any and all other Companies to which I do business with!!!
I was enrolled in the MA program from July 2014 until February 2015 at first I thought it was a good school the problems did not start until externship the first site I was placed at was a complete dump with the preceptor that would talk down to me and apparently she didn't like my attitude so I was thrown out of the first site and the second site where I was constantly insulted by a person who worked there. I found out that almost everyone in my class did not like their externship site everyone was complaining of the same thing either there wasn't enough work there was too much work the people there were nasty or didn't fit them the instructors said that they would pay attention to our personalities and demeanor to try to find a good fit but really they were like so far off Im really starting to think that they don't care where they send students to so they really need to think twice about the externships they're sending students out to I can't speak on behalf of the veterinary programs or the dental program but the medical assistant program really needs to work on their externship site choices. I graduated and applied everywhere but I never got past the first interview for the places that actually did call me back no matter were applied I was always turned down. The biggest problem is career services does not tell you how difficult it is to get a job they tell you all this other crap but yet they never mention that finding your first job is almost impossible I never found an MA job and one or two other people my class did not find a job either. I had to take another job that has nothing to do with MA work and I plan to go to MATC to be a phlebotomist because the phlebotomy that they did teach at mcc was next to nothing as a result I gained nothing and I lost a lot I lost money I lost free time I lost self-esteem so unless they fix the problems that they have at school I will never recommend the school to anyone
I am very dissatisfied with the corporate office of guaranty bank. I opened an account with this bank in 2013. at that time I was told that I owed $381.68. I paid that claim in full, and was allowed to open an account. now I have just been informed that the balance is still outstanding and I am not allowed to use the credit builder program that this bank offers. I find this extremely disappointing be it that your offering a service to help people restore their credit. and the creditability of the bank to properly reinstate a claim is terrible. there is no way I should be hearing that I can't use a service based on a claim that was paid in full almost 2yrs ago. the rating that I give the corporate office is zero
I love this school I finshed in 2013 and landed a job at Wheaton Franciscan Health Care everything I learned in class I use,the hands on training was the best it got me ready for the real world work place my teacher were kind, caring and helped my every step of the way I passed mt RMA with a 98% and everything that was on the test I learned in class the school was worth every penny and if I had to I would do it again that school made me a better person for my family
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The tellers enjoy making your life miserable and will literally laugh in your face at your misfortune. I would advise you to choose a different bank entirely. If you can't, skip this location. Just terrible.

My fiancé has an account here. They will screw you over as much as they can! They charge him an overdraft fee of $37 and then reversed the charge that caused the fee!! So not only didn't the transaction go through, he had to pay &37 on top of it!!! They are the worst bank ever!!! They have no customer service and don't know what they are doing half the time!!! And most of the people working there are kids!!
Convenient hours if you need to be there in person, otherwise just another big box bank.They'll ding you for inactive account.Your better served with a credit union
