Clothes come back same day with no extra charge if you're in before 9 in the morning. Good prices, best in the Milwaukee area. Never had any issues with them.

I was charged a higher price than what I was originally quoted. I took in four coats for cleaning. Two needed zippers repaired. I was told one price when I picked up the coats the price jumped up almost $30. I was told that was because they didn't figure in the price of the cleanings. WOW at a dry cleaner you didn't figure in cleanings. The owner Dave was not very helpful at all he said all he could was take $10 off. When I made it home my wife wanted to wear her one of her coats only to realize that hadn't been cleaned. So I took I back they said it would be ready the following Tuesday. When we went to pick up the coat Tuesday is wasn't ready. The next day when we picked up the coat the fur around the hood looked like road kill. The leather button loops looked like they had been chewed on. When I spoke to the owner Dave he said there was nothing he could that was normal wear and tear. He gave me a refund of $12 dollars for the cleaning on a coat that they ruined and my wife won't wear any more. I will never go here again.
I love that this facility uses card instead of money. The washers however is to much! $8.19 is to much.
The washers clean very well and the dryers take less time than the laundry mat by my house. The washers and dryers are very well kept, meaning they keep them in good shape. Tues-Thur the 30lb washers are 1/2 off from midnight to 6am. There's video games and a juke box to pass time. Also, they have a small convenience booth that's open until a certain time. I've always loved this place. Wish they had another by me, but still close enough. Would've added a picture, but it was dark out. Also, open 24hrs

I took in three suit in the other store on capital and they gave my three pairs of pants go to my suits and the new owner ask me how much the pants cost and i told him i do not know he had told me that the insurance company not going to pay for the suits he indicated that they will pay for the pants i would like the pants go to my suits one of the worker gave my three parts to a customer why they was not with the jacket i took suits up there before and the pants was with the jacket i do not understand how that happened it been three weeks now and I have not heard from anyone yet
I submitted several items to be cleaned at the 8544 West Brown Deer location on November 2, 2015. I picked up my items on November 3rd at 5pm. When I arrived home and began packing for a trip I noticed that a pair of pants to a suit were ripped. I immediately called the cleaners at 5:55pm and left a message about the incident. I was leaving out of town the next morning and explained that I would not be able to bring the damaged items in for inspection until next week. When I took my damaaged pants back to the cleaners they were not aware of the damage because they did not even know there was voice mail enabled on the phones. The manager Rubin accused me of having the pants in my possession for a week and damaging them after wearing the pants. After I showed him video of me calling and leaving the voice mail he changed his story. He then stated that they did not cause the damage to the pants. He asked how old was the suit. I told him approximately 16 months to which he stated, these pants look 2 years old. He then told me that fabric deteriorates over time and there was nothing they could do for the damage. After admitting that they could have damaged the pants he told me "we only charge $2.75, what do you expect". Finally he offered me $30 in free dry cleaning for the damage. I refused the offer because I told him why would I ever bring my clothes back to a cleaners who think that because they are cheaper in cost they should be cheaper in quality. I spoke with the new owner Keyhan who did nothing but say whatever Rubin decides is what he will endorse.
Got payment hassles included with dry cleaning service. I filled out their credit card payment form including CC#, exp date, and security code and gave it to them with my clothes. They have no clue where they lost my credit card info or who has it! I'll find another cleaner that won't set me up for credit card theft.
