John is THE BEST! My refrigerator had the nerve to stop working, on a Sunday,,,and tomorrow is Memorial Day. John,(owner), was the ONLY one to answer his phone today. He was here within 10 minutes. Very professional and got the job, DONE!!!

The staff is trustworthy, very knowledgeable and kind; they helped me choose the best appliances for my properties. They stand behind their work and I feel confident about buying used appliances because of the guarantee they offer. I have also worked with John's Appliance for service on my own home appliances, located in the Waukesha area. The price is right and I appreciated the timely service call. Wish there were more businesses out there with this type of customer care and knowledge, maybe thats what you get with a family operated business. I am a very happy customer and will continue to work with John's Appliance Service & Sales in Milwaukee.
Awsome co. I called them at 8am and they came over by 9am and my fridge was fixed by 9:30am! Finally a place I can call and get great service in a timely manner, too.
