This company is so professional and very helping. They have problem answering any questions that I had. Even when I decide not to go with Visions of Helping Hands, they still answered any questions I had when I called them back.
I have been a client for over a year now and found that Management is very very unprofessional, and very Rude, they do not care for there clients at all very poor care in my book, nurse come out every three months and spend all of 5 mins with you and when you have a problem it is always the clients fault never there incompetence. No training there employees at all. In my book this business should be closed down and the owners fined.
This is years over due but this was the very best place for my father-in-law George S. George was accommodated and respected until the moment of his death. The staff actually was in tears when he passed away. The building is older and is NOT the Ritz-Carlton that some newer places are, but George could have cared less. George was a night owl and enjoyed talking with the staff to all hours of the night, thing is, they enjoyed talking to him and NEVER considered him a bother. He was a nice well respected resident. George also had a sweet tooth and could get a bowl of ice cream when ever he wanted. A lot of times you might look back and say, did we do the best we could, in George's case I believe we did. To the owner and the staff, a very belated thank you!!
Great attitude of all staff members at Allis Care Center. I called today and received a floor nurse (early morning hours) and she was able to assist with what I needed.
Care Matters is one that cares. It matters to them that they provide the best level of services. They are PASSIONATE about the care they provide to each individual; their Love is expressed in all that they do. Thank you for your commitment and dedication that you give to our community.
Villa takes no accountability for staff not doing their job. Staff does not show up for work. The help ignores the needs of the residents. No weekend management to make sure the staff does their job on weekend. Facility not kept clean, floors need to be mopped, tables washes ect. Piece of bread can be sitting on the floor for days. Chef is cooking & serving residents makes for a long wait time to eat. Staff is not friendly. Not sure what the ratio is worker to resident? With people not showing up for work makes for less care for resident's. Does not seem like the Villa ever has enough staff. Response time when button is pushed is not acceptable. Wait time can be 15 min to over an hour wait time. Sometimes longer. This is not acceptable.Residents safety not a concern at the Villa.Lack of activities. Zero friendliness. No consistency in care.Very unorganized. Lack of communication between teams. The excuse for lack of service... the workers don't show up for work. This should not be a concern or affect the resident care like it does. There must be a reason for staff turn over.

The food is very decent and the nursing is really good. They let you smoke out front which is nice. I still live here and im happy I chose this place
Best nursing home ive ever been in. they got me walking and stronger and got me home. the food was very good and they have nice tvs also. my friend went there after and liked it a lot also.
