When I decided to hire an attorney for my Social Security Disability claim, I worried that I might get an attorney who didn't really put much work into it, and just accepted cases in hopes of some easy money if the claim is successful. I've heard that there are some attorneys who pretty much do just that. Turned out that choosing Tabak Law was the right choice and I did a lot of worrying for nothing. My family and I are very disappointed with our attorney Mark Tishberg. He was hired for my brother 4 months after he was sent to jail. My brother has been in jail since June of 2017. He was sentenced Nov. 13, 2017. Mark has only been to see my brother approx. two times and barely said anything during his sentencing. Coming in as my brother's lawyer, my brother was facing 12 years (MAX) - 5 (MIN). How does he now have 19 years!? I WILL TELL YOU WHY! Because it was Mark's lack of ability to do anything simply because he never reviewed my brother's case thoroughly or barely went to see him. He was asked by his client (my brother) to file an appeal but he never answers the phone and if he does he tells us he is going to call us back and never do. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MARK S. TISHBERG TO ANYONE!!!! Thanks for nothing.
They will charge you arm & leg for phone calls , min $50 per call !!In my case I wouldn't mind , but it was frustrating to live a massage to call me and no answer until I left another one next day , after talking for few min. I received there invoice $25 PER massage even nobody contact me back on the first one + $50 for phon call (that is $100 !! )I fire them , damage was $1250 for there services with out even meeting the lady who was suppose to represent me .
