Villa takes no accountability for staff not doing their job. Staff does not show up for work. The help ignores the needs of the residents. No weekend management to make sure the staff does their job on weekend. Facility not kept clean, floors need to be mopped, tables washes ect. Piece of bread can be sitting on the floor for days. Chef is cooking & serving residents makes for a long wait time to eat. Staff is not friendly. Not sure what the ratio is worker to resident? With people not showing up for work makes for less care for resident's. Does not seem like the Villa ever has enough staff. Response time when button is pushed is not acceptable. Wait time can be 15 min to over an hour wait time. Sometimes longer. This is not acceptable.Residents safety not a concern at the Villa.Lack of activities. Zero friendliness. No consistency in care.Very unorganized. Lack of communication between teams. The excuse for lack of service... the workers don't show up for work. This should not be a concern or affect the resident care like it does. There must be a reason for staff turn over.

I took kinship foster care for my 2 year old grandson a year ago today and had him in our home for almost six months. My experience with the case manager was horrific. I was informed that the case was mishandled from the start. She was incompetent and negligent. No excuse for this she had a supervisor that should have been on this. They told me if he went to another family he would not be moved again. We were matched up with two families over the next six months both disengaged from their commitment. Now St. A has placed him in a single parent foster home, over placing him back with me. Don't believe anything these people tell you. Not just disappointing, incompetent and negligent.
The staff in the clinic are professional and well trained. I am thankful to have gotten my biometric screening and flu shot done here.
I work for SM for 6 months; during that time I witness a lot of professional inconsistencies and inexperience. Provider notes were not approved for 10 days at a time; employee evaluations were delayed for weeks at a time. Furthermore, high scoring performance evaluations were not met with an increase in pay. Professional disagreements in meetings lead to personal attacks and retaliation from the CEO A.H. I found the leadership management style at SM autocratic and filled with many bottled-necks restraints in the work process. I would not refer a professional to Servant Manor / servantmanor.org for employment
Great youth and family programs Greater Heights has 10 group homes 4 community center with computer
This place deserves one star for their presentation. But looks mean nothing if the quality of service is completely horrible. The staff there are veryyyyyy rude and unprofessional and VERYYYY uncaring for their patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Please don't send your loved ones here because they will not be in good hands!
Mother had a black eye and bruises on the side of her head and a broken wrist, they said she fell. She died 3 days later, I called bogus, they went into full legal mode.
The conditions are filfy. The employees steal. The administrators and nurses are morons.
My ongoing case worker here was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She also was very uninformed and failed to communicate important information to me. I wish I would have gotten a foster care license through another agency.
Do not put any of your family under these people's care. When I visited my brother the house was dirty and the worker was talking on the phone and taking care of her kids.
