Cindy Milner is a great listener and a kind, gentle person with a gift of empathy. She helped me at a very difficult and transformational time of my life. I highly recommend Cindy Milner as a respectful and trustworthy provider.

Receptionist are friendly, Doctors are terrible. All the good Doctors left. The new ones don't care about their patients, only themselves.
My mother's rights have been violated. The doctor in charge of her medications has changed them numerous times for unknown reasons. MHS had her on a regiment that was working well. The doctor of Project Access (PA) proceeded to change my mother's meds by drastically cutting them. This caused her to fall into a suicidal depression in which she attempted suicide. She was then admitted to St. Luke's Hospital. The doctors here stated that cutting the meds so drastically by the PA doc caused this suicidal depression. My mother has never been the type of person to harm herself. She was transferred to Aurora South Shore an an inpatient. The doctors at South Shore restated the reason for her suicide attempt was from the drastic cut of her meds by the PA doctor.Aurora South Shore got my mother on a good med regiment that had her stable. My mother stayed stable for about 7 weeks. Once again, the PA doc cut her meds when placed back into their outpatient care. Then there are things that the social workers from PA have not done. They were just dispensing my mother's meds to her on a daily basis and leaving her with enough for the weekend. There was no monitoring during this time. Their job also included to sit and talk with my mom at least twice a week to discuss needs and any barriers my mom was having. This was never done throughout my mother's whole time being in the PA program. The social workers would drop off her meds & simply leave. They would not listen to any problems she was having. She told them for weeks that she could not sleep. The doctor then cut her sleeping meds.My mother is forced to be in an outpatient program due to her 9 month stipulation with MHS. I am in the process of reporting this agency & getting my mother involved in a different outpatient program. I have also reported that my mother's rights have been violated to the Wisconsin Disabilities Rights Agency.I do not recommend this agency to anyone and give them Zero Stars.
Worst experience I could have imagined. The receptionists are rude and crabby--they rush you to decide on appointment times or get mad when you ask something to be explained further. Cannot switch doctors without permission from 1st doctor you met with. A behavioral clinic that does not know how to treat anxiety, one of the most common and basic conditions. Pushes medication and when one doesn't work they tell you to wait a couple weeks or add on to what you have. No formal testing. No cognitive behavioral therapy. Hours not convenient. Would not recommend to anyone. I have overcome the anxiety now, am not on medication, and have found another place that is great if I ever need them again.
Code of ethics violations. misinteperts tells what problem is but doesnt help you with it.says she does all the work
Excellent care, but patients should not be shouted for: practitioners should come to the waiting room. There should not be 8-9 minute waits for one's phone call to be answered. There should be Saturday hours, skipping a weekday, to accommodate those patients with multiple jobs, disabilities requiring others to drive them, and a less harried day for all concerned, and therefore, a more productive one.Water bottles are given in shops: why not in a health facility?Care should be taken that the dosage on a bottle matches real time advice by the doctors.Overall, excellent esprit de corps, but some fine tuning would be appreciated. Why are the preponderance of patients women: because Men are driving us nuts.
When my brother went missing on Thanksgiving 2015 and the staff did everything they could to help find him. I really appreciate all the support - We need more agencies like Project Access to help persons with mental health issues. Thank you everyone!
I would give 0 stars if possible! My family also has been through it with this agency and it has been nothing but lies! They don't follow through with anything! This agency left my family member HOMELESS due to their lack of.... Everything is all I can say! Horrible people. I don't know how these people got where they are. It takes a special team to do the job efficiently.... and all the team members of this agency are nothing short of lazy, while realizing that people's lives, treatments and they truly DON'T CARE. I was told to Google contact info I needed as well, instead of helping my family member transition. If you want support, you're not going to get it here. Horrible job! Especially Sarah and Becky.. and their lazy supervisor. UNACCEPTABLE.
They are a horrible agency that doesn't know what they are doing!! Full of empty promises that is dangerous to the people they serve! We reported them to the State. The most incompetent agency I have ever worked with. Getting them to return a phone call or doing any kind of follow thru is nearly impossible.
They barely answer there phone they over book therapist and psychiatrist very unprofessional
