We had Scot from Towne & Country Building Inspection inspect a home we were to purchase in May of 2017 but, the deal feel through and we lost the house. The first person my wife and I thought of without hesitation for the next home inspection was Scot. Once again, Scots knowledge of home inspection paid off and by him inspecting the home we lost, he was able to help us understand the difference in each home. We have been in our home since June 2017. I am writing this in February 2018, looking back we are enjoying our home and Towne & Country Building Inspection will forever be apart of our home story. Thanks again Scot!Tony W.
nook and cranny and we were extremely satisfied with the home inspection , the price was great and the service was wonderful !Thanks, Scot for the wonderful experience !
In my opinion you should AVOID AT ALL COST, and I believe they are not honest people! They changed their website by deleting the roof inspection from the services they claim to offer. They did this after I discovered the roof on a nine year old Westridge Builders Brookside V home was defective due to Certainteed organic shingles that were part of a class action lawsuit. See my other review for evidence of this. They have a BBB claim, and they appear to delete negative reviews. Take a look at the picture of the shingles on my roof and you decide.
My mother recently hired John to inspect condos for her. He has a fair rate for the excellent service he provides. He was early to each appointment. She felt he has keen eye for the small details. He is willing to share and talk about things that were found and tips on how to get them fixed or taken care of. He is friendly and very thorough. He expresses everything he sees and talks through all aspects of the inspection.
Inspector came to interested home and said that the home had a bad roof and furnace. They scared away buyers and they backed out. They have no experience and the home was inspected by a qualified inpector with no faults found. Steer clear of this inspector.
Took over a whole day to view a report, very fishy inspector that potentially costed our buyer. They told our realtor that they are going to send out the report today after requesting an extension. Its almost the end of the day and still never provided us the report. Liars. Buyer beware. Finally, they said that the floors are spongy and major wrong with house when there isn't. Now calling in the basement specialists to look at the basement to try to scare the buyers. This crap is costing us our potential house and leaving us under a lot of stress and distrust They are not known whether Wisconsin licensed or not.Stay clear away from them. SCAM!!!!!!!
My brother and I hired John to inspect a duplex we were buying in Milwaukee. The house was built in 1927 and though we knew it would have some issues we were fortunate to have hired Church Home Inspection. They found flaws in the duplex that helped us in negotiations knock down the sellers price and the detailed report also saved us future costs and expenses. Church pointed out some wiring in the ceiling that was outdated and had the old style paper wrapping, they also found some leaks in the roofing and around a fireplace that allowed us to go back to seller and have them repair and/or knock down selling price. A nice experience throughout the process. Thanks Church Home Inspection for a thorough, professional job !!
