Caregivers need training. Staff members and management will not return phone calls. My parents did not feel safe.
Very disorganized, this company only wants money and doesn't take there job seriously. You have to stay on top of them for information etc, and fixing times which they should automatically do.

I CALLED THE AFTER HOURS NURSE 2WKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER! I CALLED THE MANAGER WILL SCHUSSMAN TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE WILL HAS A MESSAGE ON THE FOLDER THAT SAYS "IF WE ARENT' PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL"...I CALLED HIM 3WKS AGO...I MADE 3 CALLS TO HIM AND HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL YET!!!! THEY HAVE RUDE PEOPLE WORKING ON THEIR AFTER HOURS LINE THAT HAVE NO EMPATHY NOR DO THEY HAVE SYMPATHY! THE DAY MY SON GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL THEY SENT A NURSE WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW MY SON HAD A PICC LINE....THE DAY MY SON WAS DUE A MED DELIVERY I STAYED UP WTG ON DRIVER AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP! AGAIN I GET A SORRY SORRY SORRY!...I CALL THE PHARMACIST TO SEE WHEN I WOULD GET MY NEW DELIVERY...2DYS LATER I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL...I CALL THE PHARMACIST AND HE SAYS HE CALLED ME, BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED! REALLY? HE TELLS ME..."WELL I KNOW I CALLED A NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE..IM SORRY IF YOU DID'T GET THE MESSAGE"! ANOTHERF SORRY FOLKS! AND HE IS THE PHARMACIST WHO HAS TO PAY CLOSE CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED!DO YOU REALLY WANT SOMEONE LIKE THAT HELPING YOU?
