Very dissatisfied with walk in clinic . Very unprofessional and never again will I use this facility, not to mention I had to go to Aurora to get treated a week later and I was treated with dignity and respect .

I CALLED THE MANAGER WILL SCHUSSMAN TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE WILL HAS A MESSAGE ON THE FOLDER THAT SAYS "IF WE ARENT' PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL"...I CALLED HIM 3WKS AGO...I MADE 3 CALLS TO HIM AND HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL YET!!!! THEY HAVE RUDE PEOPLE WORKING ON THEIR AFTER HOURS LINE THAT HAVE NO EMPATHY NOR DO THEY HAVE SYMPATHY! THE DAY MY SON GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL THEY SENT A NURSE WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW MY SON HAD A PICC LINE....THE DAY MY SON WAS DUE A MED DELIVERY I STAYED UP WTG ON DRIVER AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP! AGAIN I GET A SORRY SORRY SORRY!...I CALL THE PHARMACIST TO SEE WHEN I WOULD GET MY NEW DELIVERY...2DYS LATER I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL...I CALL THE PHARMACIST AND HE SAYS HE CALLED ME, BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED! REALLY? HE TELLS ME..."WELL I KNOW I CALLED A NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE..IM SORRY IF YOU DID'T GET THE MESSAGE"! ANOTHERF SORRY FOLKS! AND HE IS THE PHARMACIST WHO HAS TO PAY CLOSE CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED!DO YOU REALLY WANT SOMEONE LIKE THAT HELPING YOU? My husband was a patient at St. Lukes for 10 yrs but because of lack of insurance he received less yhan adequate care....towards the end of his life i was told about Gerald Ignace Indian Health Center they helped to get him insurance and helped with the expensive medication....they treated him with so much dignity and respect....unfortunately it was to late for him...but i will be forever grateful to them...i am now a patient of theirs and i havr referred many peoe to them....all are ery happy....
