I would give it a 0 If I could. I have never felt as bad to work for a place. They only care about the signature they get. I had to make my phone private because of people calling me back because no one would answer there call for a return ride. There vehicles are not safe, three of them I drove you could smell carbon monoxide coming through the vent. They have a hard time retaining drivers because of there dishonesty. I still would tell people they are getting better just to make them feel at ease while riding with me because I am a safe driver. You often have to do a double and the members are not aware.
I had a scheduled pick up at 4 p.m. at a hospital South Milwaukee. I had stayed overnight at the hospital and they released me early at 6 a.m.!! I called the transit system right away. I was told that I'm just going to have to wait because my schedule time was at 4pm. This is ridiculous!! They expect you to wait 10 hours, 8 hours, 7 hours to get picked up?? With out even a phone call with an approximate time?? It is 1:30 pm and they're still nowhere in sight. I have been left alone with without food and money for over 7 hours. Plus have not slept since the day before..... NOBODY has even called to tell me when they will be here. I hate to think of a 90 yr old or young mom with kids waiting for 8 or more hours!! I'm beginning to doubt they are coming. I'm an hour from home with no way getting back.
I was traveling southbound this afternoon on I-43 behind one of your cars (a gold car labeled 06). The driver was driving under the speed limit (around 66mph) and swerving. There were not any cars in front of him for as far as the eye could see, but he was maintaining speed with some cars in the right lane, making it impossible to pass. Between the Cedarburg and Mequon exits, there was a large obstruction in the road, causing your driver to to slam on his breaks and swerve, causing the car between us, the cars next to us, and myself to have to do the same. It was a very scary experience. Going as slow as he was with no foreseeable obstructions in his way, one would think he would've seen it coming.However when I passed him, I was not surprised to see him on his phone. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any person, much less one who's job is transportation.You may want to reconsider your motto "we guarentee a safe and enjoyable ride". Just terrible.
Very bad drivers, dirty vans, non punctual, and mean or rude van drivers. 2/10-Wendy---------------

No answers the phone their customer service skills are terrible,I will be giving the cooperation a call for their actions... Not a satisfied customer!
I just tried to call to get information and the phone just rang rang and rang. They are so unprofessional this is not the first time I had a professional lism with Greyhound. I will never ever used a service and I will never recommend their service to anyone.
