Went through drive through and ordered medium coffee with cream and sugar. Pulled up and was handed an ice coffee. I handed it back and said, I just wanted regular coffee (In my mind that meant hot coffee). Waited longer and then was handed a iced coffee without cream and sugar. So I specially asked her, "do you have hot coffee?" she said yes and stared at me blankly.I said I want to hot coffees with cream and sugar. More time passed and a different girl came to the window and said I needed to pay more $. No one said oops, sorry about that, no customer service what so ever. This was 5 pm on a Friday... not busy time at all. Oh and the girl who took the time to ask me for more money was on her phone for a min or two before she opened the window. In all it was about 10 mins of wasted time before I said forget it, just keep the money you already charged me and drove over to Starbucks. (whose coffee I don't even care for!). Save your time. This is the 2nd time I have had terrible service there.
