Please take your dog somewhere else. This lady is absolutely an amateur and completely rude. Before she even knew anything about me or my dog she had an attitude and was snippy. She obviously doesn’t want the business and couldn’t care less about potential customers. Businesses like these don’t last long.

Took way too long and not worth it, hair cut un-even, said my dog was aggressive and charged me extra fees, he's not use to sitting in a cage for hours and has never been aggressive before, makes me wonder how they treated him, I'm going to return to my original groomer, it's a little farther away, but getting good service and happy dog in the end is worth the service!

I don't know what this person on the first post is talking about ... Rose, the person who owns the establishment, is wonderful. We have been bringing our dogs to her for 20 years. All our dogs have been very large dogs, and they all loved her. She has washed shaved or whatever the situation calls for and they all looked great. She does a great job for a fair price!

Poor! Everytime I take my shitzu to be groom the prices go up as of he looks like lue lue... extremely hairy and matted. He was just there at the end of January with shorter hair than his previous visit in aug/Sept. I actually trimmed him before going to avoid extra fees. Same services higher prices and I believe my pet get mishandled while there all he does is shake and lay down once home for the night

I love going to Lue-Lue's, everyday. The energy and clients make the day enjoyable. We love to converse with everyone about their concerns and ideas. Anyone that knows us, or has met us, knows that we genuinely love our line of work!!!

VIP service, they understand cats. I was attended fast, and they credit the parking meter, they had a plug in that made my Agatha feel relaxed. They gave follow up calls to ask about my Agatha. I'm glad I found The Cat Dr., specially because I just moved back home after living in PR. Cats are hard to understand and to know I have them available is a relief in our getting settled in ....... I highly recommend

This owner's attitude sucks after only asking one question. She was very disrespectful to say the least. I don't reccomend anyone going here who wants to get treated like a human being. Go elsewhere at least your questions will be answered with some kind of dignity.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog. They are absolutely wonderful! They are very patient, caring and truly love the profession they are in.

I just picked up my grandpuppy, Rambo, from his 3 day stay. He was happy and clean. This place is amazing! It is so clean and the dogs have plenty of room in their kennels with a super cool playground outside that I wanted to play on. I highly recommend them for any of your dog day care needs. The owners love what they do and it shows.
