If you want to avoid entering the hosting hell dimension, here are 10 potential entertaining glitches, and how to avoid them.
COCINA 1022 is a new restaurant in Walkers Point on 1st Street. It’s across from laughing taco. I and several co workers went after work and we were all very disappointed. The service was very slow as it took 20 minutes to get our drinks which didn’t have much flavor and little alcohol. The wings were not so good and were to spicy. Everyone thought the meals were similar to other Mexican places in Milwaukee. Yet portions were small and prices were high. This was a very disappointing experience as the article we read made it seem special.
Love the place. Nikki gave best cut I have had in years. Nikki Listened to what I wanted and gave me what I needed to have style. Do not know what other people expect. A BABY SITTER!!! GM Ggoness
Was here this past Thursday night. The owner’s daughter (middle-aged, dark, short hair) was very rude, loud, unprofessional and racist. I came into the bar alone, sat down, purchased a drink with the previous bartender (older lady with blonde hair)—she was very friendly! The owner’s daughter, said Very harshly, if I don’t buy a drink, I need to leave. She had also made rude comments previously to me. I’ve never been asked to leave a bar before, and mind you, I was a paying customer AND there were only 4 people in the entire bar. The bartender informed me that she will not allow me to be on my phone at the bar, without buying a drink. I left and will never go back here. Terrible experience.
I ordered the 20 piece whole wing got my food opened and went to sit down and eat and found a piece of hair fried into one of the piece of chicken I called right away the guy that answered was rude and told me he would the owner my number to call me back he never called back and when I called back I was told that was impossible to have hair in my chicken and if it was mines. If it was my hair it wouldn’t be fried into the chicken with cooking grease on it sorry it would be a fresh piece of hair just laying on the chicken but this piece of hair was stuck to the chicken with cooking grease on the hair they were very unprofessional and nothing got resolved I couldn’t even get my money back even when I told them I would return everything as it was brought to me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN
The broads here are fun, bubbly and down with making a person feel good. They have some very good strippers here that have incredible bodies. Beer and drinks are affordably priced as well. I always have a great time at the Spot.
I think this is a good bar. I closed Wolskis!!! Fun place, good prices, and the atmosphere at this bar is welcoming. I will be back here.
Disappointing, but what can one expect from a crap dive bar? Service and staff sucked. Will not go back here again. The place does not accept credit cards and the ATM is not a good subsitute. The bathrooms are riddled with feces. The place smells like urine and body odor. The beer tastes like warm pee. The regulars look like they are on parole and the only way new people find there way in this place is due to overflow because real bars in the area are crowded.
Very poor service, I had done eyelashes extension last week, all of them fall of in 5 days !!! I've paid almost $100 for nothing, I will never ever go back there.
My mom and I have gone to Al for years when he was still at M salon. We always had a great relationship or so I thought. A month before my wedding Al dyed my hair which at first looked great but was way too bright in the sunlight- not exaggerating when I say Ronald McDonald bright. My hair is naturally red and I wanted a darker richer more natural color. I asked if I could come back to get it fixed. I came back and he was already mixing the color when I walked in. I showed him the picture again (as I did the first time) of how I wanted my hair to look. When the towel came off my head my hair was almost black with purple and reds. I did not get rude or freak out in anyway. I told him it looked really dark. He said it looked like the picture. I held the picture next to my hair and said “this picture?” He seemed baffled that I said this and wasn’t saying it looked good or similar to the photo. I asked when I could come back to get it fixed and never even thought about getting my money back or anything. I was willing to work with him to get it fixed. He looked at me and said well I’m just going to give you your money back and you might need someone else to do your hair from now on. So cold, Just like that, A month before my wedding. A wedding he was going to do my hair for and attend as a guest! I was in shock and obviously went home and cried. I was extremely hurt and now had basically black hair and no stylist one month before my wedding day. Al also blocked me and and my mom on his personal page and Taylor and Burton’s page on Facebook. I posted this review on the original Taylor and Burton page on Facebook and it was immediately taken down. It’s extremely unethical to only keep the good reviews and not the “bad” ones which happen to be true. This was a horror story that you read about a bride right before her wedding. Someone I trusted and thought so highly of treated me so unprofessionally.
Outstanding customer service. Sabiha is very professional, experienced and she explained all the steps as she was doing my microblading procedure. Highly recommended.
