Cheap, but you get what you pay for. I stayed here for over 3 months and this is what I found: The Good: The staff was courteous and accommodating. The price was reasonable especially for a month stay. Breakfast was good. I stayed in a jacuzzi room one week and it was nice. Good Internet. Easy/close parking. The Bad: The rooms weren't very clean, especially the bathroom. I stayed in 3 different rooms over the 3 months and one of them had BED BUGS. Luckily I carefully checked the bed and found them before I unpacked. The staff moved me immediately and I had no other trouble after that. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no safety locks or chains on the doors, which kind of bothered me. Also I was told that if I paid for an entire month up front and I had to leave early that I would get my money back. But when that happened, they refused to give my money back, which cost me over $700! The manager did call and argue with the corporate office on my behalf, but it didn't help.Overall, I'd stay away from this one if possible.

This hotel was such a bargain at $149.00 per night. The other hotels nearby wanted $189.00 and over $200.00 per night. This place also had free parking and the other hotels I checked charged $18.00 and $23.00 per night just to park your car. You could tell it was an older building, but our room was clean and the people there were very nice. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good too. This hotel was right downtown in the center of everything.
If you need a clean, easy going, and inexpensive hotel in Milwaukee, this is a great place. It is also right in downtown. Anywhere we wanted to go was not more than a $5 cab ride. Room smelled fresh and was absolutely worth the value.
Forty Winks Inn is a great place to stay and a terrific value! This hotel is scrupulously clean, Clean, CLEAN! Rooms are large and quiet. Free WiFi and light breakfast also. We stay here whenever we are in Milwaukee!
These people were great to us. They were very nice at front desk, they brought us toothpaste and gave us snacks to eat. The Valets were very nice at well! I would recommend this place to anybody!
Fantastic. modern amenities. Flat screen TVs in each room. Lounge/breakfast area in the lobby, full bar, and dining services!Right in the brewer's hill area close to downtown!
Great value and quality for a fair price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. I would definately go back.
Certainly a nice hotel to stay at and I'd stay there again. The hotel's in a great spot. Pricewise, I'd say the rate was very fair.
