We are renting a unit at 43rd/Howard. It is beautiful, but the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door conversations, as well as cooking odors. So you know there is no privacy. We were told it is quiet, but the unit next to us has 3 small children so you can imagine the noise, and crying baby. Our main objective was quiet, so this is FAR from that. Will not be renewing our lease.
I signed on to Orange Ave to care for my property in Cudahy since Feb2016. There were minor red flags in the beginning (slow to answer questions, can't find the last person I talked to, etc) but since I live in another state, I proceeded anyway to give them a chance. They hired what they found out to be an unreliable person who charged my account for supplies and work for my rental after a tenant moved in. During the 6th month, I found out the person had been fired probably due to embezzlement. The work that was charged to me was never done after I spoke to the tenant. Do not even consider this unorganized, dishonest, clueless property "mgt company" for your investment. BTW, the majority of properties they handle are located in the "North or West side" of the city rife with crime. Malico Watson who can't show his face on his own Yelp site can rebut this post anytime for his side of the story
