My grandson Bought a stove from these people and it has a gas leak the sorry owner The gas company said the stove is no good we called the company they say someone was coming still haven't came to picked up that stove lousy horrible business owners selling people no good Appliances and know it's, no good how rhey are just trying to get a buck for garbage
Absolutely horrible. Please don't waste your time unless you have the availability to sit around and wait for them to drop your appliance off whenever they get ready and God forbid something happens you'll be waiting for them to come fix it too.
It is terrible I bought a dryer less than 30 days it start making a sound call them to look at it. It took almost a month and I am still waiting on them to fix it. You can not leave a message you can not get service. Every time you do get in contact with them I have to talk to maintenance person never hear back. I try to support the small business but they suck.
This place sucks stove leaking gas never ever will shop here again .....somebody needs to close him down with no ? Asked charging a arm and a leg for garbage they go get sued or they go kill somebody from leaking gas !!!!they about money and its sad they need to care about lives and keeping people coming back but I'm telling the world never trust or shop at neither location
Nu 2 u is shady, the BBB had given them an "F" on their rateing for all those complaints, I've had my experience with nu 2 u and it wasn't pleasant, went thru 4 drugs that didn't work, a washer also, didn't work, all I can say is take yo money sum where eles unless u got money to give away,they should be shut down, very shady busneiss practice!...don't go near that place..they will get u..
Well I did purchase a stove from them, and it was a pretty good one, i did not get this type of treatment,but i will weigh my pros and cons of you all reviews, and these reviews make me not want to purchase anything else from them.i guess i got blessed.
Terrible. very very terrible. I've been trying to get my appliance fixed for MONTHS! The "techs" have no idea what they are doing - they've come to my house 4 different times and every time they don't know what to do - they also give a window time of 5pm-9pm and more than once they've arrived after 10pm. Once even after 11pm! I told them no - I was in bed already. I've called and asked to speak to the manager SEVERAL TIMES. The manager never comes to the phone, they said they'll call you back (and don't) and they even have the nerve to ask you, the customer to call them back. Voicemail always full.... no callwaiting so the calls don't even go through all the time. The ONLY thing I can say positive about this company is that the girl who answers the phone isn't rude.... that all I can say. Terrible horrible business. I would NEVER EVER even THINK about an appliance from them again. Sending me an appliance that doesn't work and hassle me for several months about fixing it???? TRASH!!!! Run, don't do it, don't fall for it. This is one local business that we DON'T NEED TO SUPPORT!!!

Don't go here. This is a hole in the wall. My mom went in and purchased a refrigerator for me, that I was not aware of. It was the wrong color. I called the same day it was purchased to get a refund and was charged $47.85. The refrigerator was never picked up. I was told it was a restocking fee. I explained to the associate the refrigerator was only purchased a few hours before and their was nothing to restock. I asked to speak with the manger? I was told that there was no manager and that the owner needed to be call. I asked if I could talk with the owner myself? I was not able to. I was told that he had to be called on another phone. She store associate called me back and stated that he would still charge the restocking fee. He never called and spoke to me. I asked how would the remaining balance be refunded? I was told to come into the store after 5 pm. I asked why after 5 pm? The store associated stated that the owner would be in at that time to refund the money. I don't understand why the owner has to be present to do a refund. If the store associate call sell then she should be able to do a return. I'm upset that my mom will loose her money over this nonsense. I would have never purchased anything from here in the first place. My mom was only trying to help. This place is Shady.
