This place deserves one star for their presentation. But looks mean nothing if the quality of service is completely horrible. The staff there are veryyyyyy rude and unprofessional and VERYYYY uncaring for their patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Please don't send your loved ones here because they will not be in good hands!
Mother had a black eye and bruises on the side of her head and a broken wrist, they said she fell. She died 3 days later, I called bogus, they went into full legal mode.
The conditions are filfy. The employees steal. The administrators and nurses are morons.
Do not put any of your family under these people's care. When I visited my brother the house was dirty and the worker was talking on the phone and taking care of her kids.
If a picture is helpful , go to Yolanda Summit on Face book , and there ae colorful delightful photographs .
Fun to shop at. Sometimes overpriced, though.
horrible director. I met with her and the nursing director for my father and she was unprofessional and dressed very inappropriately. I have talked to several case managers who say they would never place anyone there due to her inadequacy as a manager.
My mom's cell phone charger stolen by a staff member she would keep on her table and left theirs in return like my mom wasnt going to notice. Who ever walked in and took it couldnt buy their own. Also inappropiate gesters at my mom when she asked for help. All of this happening days of her arrival. Stay away from thus place. You hear patients yelling for help all the time.
DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE!!!THEY ARE THE WORST ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY JUST HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
It's amazing the state allows Mitchell Manor to remain open. General Mitchell would be rolling over in grave if saw what happens to helpless people in his old boy hood home.
