I have been a client for over a year now and found that Management is very very unprofessional, and very Rude, they do not care for there clients at all very poor care in my book, nurse come out every three months and spend all of 5 mins with you and when you have a problem it is always the clients fault never there incompetence. No training there employees at all. In my book this business should be closed down and the owners fined.

If you are looking for a pain management clinic that is looking to help it's patients then turn and run. Find another clinic that's not affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin. They are great at getting you in for a visit appointment but if you need anything else done done be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks. If you want someone to answer health questions or concerns over the phone then be prepared to wait. You can only leave a message for that and hope someone calls back. Overall I wish I would have gone someplace else a long time ago because I may have been in a better position by now with my pain. I hope this review is helpful to those of you living with chronic pain.
Wauwatosa Therapies has been a part of our family for 3 years now. We started bringing our son here in kindergarten and had NEVER heard of "sensory issues", nor did we have any answers for why our son was struggling so much. He had his evaluation with Rachel and she was AMAZING! She explained very complex systems in the body and systems in a way that was completely understandable. She explained why she was doing what she was doing, she explained why my son was feeling and acting the way he was. These tools helped us to parent better! It was also invaluable to his teachers at school. We were able to teach his teachers about these issues and together, along with Rachel's suggestions, figure out the best ways for my son to be successful in school!After my daughter was born with holes in her heart and needing open heart surgery at 10 weeks old, she has needed several therapies. She now also comes to OT at Wauwatosa Therapies to help with issues that she has. She now sees Rachel and my son sees Jenny. Both of them are phenomenal! They work so well with each of my kids on their individual needs, as well as relaying to us as parents how to help at home. They are kind, helpful, do not get flustered when the kids are having a bad day and not responding well, they're professional and so very knowledgeable. I could not be happier with how they've helped my precious children to overcome issues and live a happier, more balanced life. I'm so thankful for the role they have played in our family!
Very disorganized, this company only wants money and doesn't take there job seriously. You have to stay on top of them for information etc, and fixing times which they should automatically do.

THEY HAVE RUDE PEOPLE WORKING ON THEIR AFTER HOURS LINE THAT HAVE NO EMPATHY NOR DO THEY HAVE SYMPATHY! AGAIN I GET A SORRY SORRY SORRY!...I CALL THE PHARMACIST TO SEE WHEN I WOULD GET MY NEW DELIVERY...2DYS LATER I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL...I CALL THE PHARMACIST AND HE SAYS HE CALLED ME, BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER HE CALLED! REALLY? HE TELLS ME..."WELL I KNOW I CALLED A NUMBER AND LEFT A MESSAGE..IM SORRY IF YOU DID'T GET THE MESSAGE"! ANOTHERF SORRY FOLKS!
