Went to David's Bridal originally just to browse. The staff was very friendly and we're not bothersome at all. I explained we just wanted to look and they were ok and left us be. Had a bridal appointment at Eva's Bridal and was treated so rudely and fat shamed. Went back to David's Bridal and made an appointment and had a excellent experience. Nicole the poor girl helping me also has 2 other appointments at the same time as me because two of her co-workers called in. I never felt rushed, neglected, or anything. She was kind and courteous, yes she gave opinions but listened to what I wanted and really tried to help. I can say the only problem is trying to decide which dress I want for my wedding day out of four because they were so gorgeous. I didn't think being a big girl that I could feel beautiful in a dress, but David's Bridal can work some magic!
I miss this store! It closed back in 2014! All my sneaker memories started at this place! All ways treated me like family!
We used Sloba’s chair covers for our son’s christening. The reception hall (we had over 100 guests) looked absolutely beautiful! Thank you very much for you exceptional customer service, flexibility, very reasonable pricing, and patience as the process of setting up tables and chairs took much longer than anticipated. I will definitely use this company for all of my upcoming events. Thank you again!
I had a wonderful experience working with Cynthia at Zita Bridal Salon. It was so hard to choose a dress because all of the dresses are gorgeous! I highly recommend going to Zita for your Wedding dress! You can't go wrong!
I have gone to Rethreads on numerous occasions to buy clothes and have had a very nice experience. However, the two times I have gone there to attempt to sell clothes I have been treated in a very condescending and rude manner. The most recent time I went to sell items they took five items and put them on the floor without working out a deal first. They gave me $13. Then, without my consent they donated the rest of the items valued at $65. To "compensate" for their mistake they gave me $4 and told me that I should have been more clear about wanting my items back. I specifically told them that anything they didn't want I would like back. It was even written on their reciept. All they kept repeating was "It was donated. Donated means it's gone." I was treated like an idiot and lost quite a few nice items. I am not a huge fan of this store. Customer service and management need to learn how to treat people with respect and consideration.
Her real name is Helen Johns. Google "helen johns psychic" and learn a valuable lesson.
This place has lots of dresses for low prices and you mayrent the dress for up to five days and that is a bet and the place is clean
My friend and I went in to browse wedding dresses and found ourselves annoyed with the consultant. Not only did she give us her unwelcomed opinions on EVERYTHING... she TALKED the whole time! We could not get a word in and she very annoyingly was constantly finishing our sentences and pushing her ideas on us. When we left the store, we both said "Wow!" Instead of hounding us, she should have just left us alone or at maybe just said "Hi, my name is ____. Let me know if you need anything" and then just LEFT US ALONE!! She reminded me of the annoying people that work at The Buckle. Ewwww. Never again! If you want to buy from Davids, do it online!
