Billy Bobs Offroad

Bought and paid for a special order item there 12.24.12. Told I would get a phone call when it was in. I went in in Feb, was told 5 days, no part, no phone call, and this is March. WTF. Do not use these guys.

So I called to make sure I had the right address before I drove all the way there. And the man answering the phone was as unprofessional as can be. He had no interest in helping me find the parts he doesn't carry, and seemed so exhausted and perturbed that he had to puck up and talk to somebody. I'll go elsewhere.

Drove 48 miles one way to get the wrong part.The rude younger guy at the counter wasn't even trying to help me to find the right part. The part was miss marked and in a open box.I went on line with the same part number and found it for half the price and no tired rude guy to deal with.We all have bad days at work so I will give Billy bobs a try at a later date.

Worst service ever!!! They don't stand behind their work or their word. Besides just plan doing it wrong, they reused old parts and charged me for new one. They would not provide the old part they replaced which is illegal!!! They left off parts and told me they were optional and would not refund my money after they told me they would. Yep, all the things you don't want from someone working on your rig :o(

Don't go there. Since this place was close to my house I stopped in to order some parts for my new jeep. Took 10 minutes before I was seen due to them being "short staffed" that day. Was told my order would be in within 5 business days. Order finally arrived 16 days later. Went in to pick up my order and waited another 10 minutes due to them being "short staffed". This place sucks. They always seem to be "short staffed" and they have no clue when your order will actually be in. This place should shut down and Management should open up an EXCUSE store because that is all they can offer. I will never use them again nor will any of my buddies.

I have taken several vehicles to the shop over the years. They have done everything from install a lift to just getting me the parts I need. Good guys, and service. They are fairly quick at getting the parts needed in also.

I wouldn't go here to get spark plugs changed. The front counter help was rude and showed no common courtesy. They sold my friend a used suspension repainted and passed off as new. They can bolt chrome on for you, seems to be their specialty. I got ripped off big time when they did a major upgrade on my Toyota. Plus I never got the original parts back which were worth some coin! Don't know how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers. You'll be happier somewhere else!
