My boyfriend and I went through the drive through this morning to get a QUICK bite to eat before hitting the road. McDonald's is suppose to be FAST FOOD, that's why people go. My boyfriend and I waited over 25 minutes in line to get a coffee, 2 hash browns, one sausage and egg biscuit, and sausage egg burrito. When we get up to pay or get our food we were not apologized to about the wait or anything. I let it go. We came back tonight to grab a southwest salad and a #3. When you get a salad what do you put on it? Salad dressing! After asking for two salad dressing, do you think I even received one? No!!! I had to come all the way back to get dressing. I came back to McDonald and was not even greeted by anyone. Waiting a few minutes for anyone to even come to the counter and just tried to make my order. I told her exactly how both of my experiences have went today. When someone tells you how crappy your experience is you expect for someone to at least tell the customer your sorry. This girl just asked what kind of dressing I wanted. That is complete ridiculousness. I told her she had very poor customer service by telling her she should of told me sorry. Her along with the rest of the employees then started laughing at me as I turned and walked out of the store with my dressing that I had to come back for. When I am spending my money on something I expect to be treated with respect and to get what I order. How hard is it to put dressing in a bag? McDonald's is fast food and should be delivered in a timely manor. Milton McDonald's needs to learn how to treat there customers in all areas.
