My boyfriend and I went through the drive through this morning to get a QUICK bite to eat before hitting the road. McDonald's is suppose to be FAST FOOD, that's why people go. My boyfriend and I waited over 25 minutes in line to get a coffee, 2 hash browns, one sausage and egg biscuit, and sausage egg burrito. When we get up to pay or get our food we were not apologized to about the wait or anything. I let it go. We came back tonight to grab a southwest salad and a #3. When you get a salad what do you put on it? Salad dressing! After asking for two salad dressing, do you think I even received one? No!!! I had to come all the way back to get dressing. I came back to McDonald and was not even greeted by anyone. Waiting a few minutes for anyone to even come to the counter and just tried to make my order. I told her exactly how both of my experiences have went today. When someone tells you how crappy your experience is you expect for someone to at least tell the customer your sorry. This girl just asked what kind of dressing I wanted. That is complete ridiculousness. I told her she had very poor customer service by telling her she should of told me sorry. Her along with the rest of the employees then started laughing at me as I turned and walked out of the store with my dressing that I had to come back for. When I am spending my money on something I expect to be treated with respect and to get what I order. How hard is it to put dressing in a bag? McDonald's is fast food and should be delivered in a timely manor. Milton McDonald's needs to learn how to treat there customers in all areas.

I went through the drive through today got home and opened my food only to find a BUG in it, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and she said there is no possible way because there is no flying insects in the building. The hell there isn't it was in an enclosed burger wrapped up. Said she could give me a different choice of a sandwich but that's all she could do... I am calling the owner of the store whom i am friends with and reporting this issue as well
I got an uncooked cheeseburger last night.I took it back to show the manager and only thing she had to say was she was sorry.I really believed that was unacceptable.I call back today and the manager I talked to said the same thing and he will be talking to the district manager.What about me eating and unhealty sandwhich.I am coming to believes this is now going to be a big run around and no ones is going to address the issues.I am not happy at all about this and I will not go to any Mcdonalds again.I guess this company is so big that they do not deal with small issues.
The Milton McDonald's has improved service 100% in my opinion. Previously, it was common to sit in the drive-through line for EVER only to end up with an Incomplete or Incorrect order. Lately, however, I have had such wonderful service at the drive-through. In and out in 3 minutes with breakfast or lunch and the order is correct! What an improvement.
