        Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great facility. Would rather hear the music or podcast through my headphones than the loud "music" through their speakers. Turn it down some and environment would be 5 stars.

        Overall

        So apparently they had my billing information wrong for my bank account so they charge my card instead and decide to charge me a late fee for that. Wtf and when I called to complain about it the lady didn't help me at all, and had the nerve to state they had to charge me extra because they didn't have the authorization to charge my card. So how did you charge my card if you didn't have authorization?
