Not a good company to do business with. Don't recommend. They don't guarantee their products and charge you when they should be replacing.

They have always been amazing, never tried to sale me stuff I didn't need. And when I went to buy a pool vacuum I found one cheaper on amazon Robert sat down with me looked it over and said buy it from amazon! When we got our hot tub never had one before no idea what to do thought I was gonna have to spend $100+ on chemicals, he was like nope this is all you need! We will continue to go there great service. Thank you!
We have been loyal customers of Roberts Pools since we moved to Pace in March 2002. We need a new pool liner. On 2/26/15 my wife put a down payment on a new liner. On 2/27/15, we received a call telling us that Robert was too busy to replace our liner ... even if we were willing to wait months. Not a good feeling to be loyal for 13 years, and be kicked to the curb. We'll find another local company.
VERY dissappointed with Pace Pools & Spa. Asked them to update my dual-speed pump on my home pool, and their owner/installer had no clue on how to hook it up. Was like pulling teeth to get them to return my call, like they were doing me a favor. They missed apptmt time with my electrician, and $530 pump ended up burning out. They said warranty but I would have to pay shipping, then never gave me a shipping price or option. Unprofessiona.!
Avoid at all cost. They sold me spa equipment failing to provide me with the written manufacturer warranty, when it malfunctioned the female salesperson rudely announced the defect was not covered and refused to produce the terms of warranty. Instead she told me she could mail the unit to the manufacture at my cost to "find out". The had no concern whatsoever about making it right, sale was made she just did not care.
