My father-in-law has been using this company and he recommended that I try them. I brought them my computer and it was diagnosed that I needed a new harddrive. I attempted twice to get a written estimate and both times I was told that they had to get it from Brian and he was not there. I was told to call back the next day. I offered my name and phone number so just in case Brian or anyone else might have wanted to call me. Noone called. I will be taking my computer somewhere else that will be more responsive to my needs. I was also interested in buying from Suncoast a new mainframe at the cost of 599.99. I guess they do not need the business.
We are not sure what the miscommunication was with this customer, but according to our records it looks like we did install a hard drive in their computer and complete repairs just two weeks prior to the posting of this review. If there is ever any problem or dis-satisfaction with our service, we will make every effort to make things right if given the chance.
I'VE HAD THREE PC'S SERVICED BY 'SUNCOAST COMPUTERS OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA' [TWO DESKTOPS AND ONE LAPTOP]. THEIR KNOWLEDGE WAS, AND IS, EXEMPLARY EXHIBITING VERY QUICK SERVICE 'TURNAROUND' AND EXCELLENT PARTS AVAILABILITY.
I RECOMMEND SUNCOAST, ET.AL. FOR ALL COMPUTERS CONFIGURATIONS, UPDATES, REPAIRS AND NEW PC PURCHASES.

They not only kept my computer for 3 weeks with no word of progress, but when asked about the progress lied about it. They told me and my spouse two different stories. They never began work on the computer and said they did and never ordered the parts and said they did. Very unprofession and terrible customer service skills! Will not last long in this area under new ownership!
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had with your computer in the past, we have had some previous employees that may have caused some confusion with customer service. We always strive to repair and return the computer to the customer as quickly as possible but we are only human beings that make mistakes. In today's technological society everyone relies on the internet (and thus their computer) more and more everyday, this makes it harder to live without it. We understand this fact and try our best to make everyone happy. During certain times of year or during a major virus outbreak it becomes more difficult to accomplish this task and we apologize if we failed to meet your expectations.
