Pre-vacuuming. Apply pre-conditioner to main traffic areas and heavily soiled areas. Agitate carpet with grooming rake. Deep steam extraction of carpet. Provide additional spot removal as needed. We move most furniture, and provide a final grooming of your carpet. In most cases, your carpets will be completely dry in 1 to 3 hours. We use air movers to help the drying process, and return your home to normal as soon as possible. We are equipped with a truck-mounted Deep Steam extraction machine, there is no other substitute! Other services include Deodorization and Pet Odor Removal, and Application of Carpet and Fabric Protector. Our Upholstery Cleaning Services Include: Pre-inspection of fabric to determine if fabric will shrink or dyes will bleed. We completely vacuum each piece of the upholstery. We have the capability of cleaning with water based solutions or dry cleaning solvent. Entire piece of upholstery will be cleaned. We are well equipped to handle hotels and condos, and reach high-level apartments.
