The Milpitas Walmart will not see me back! I went there this morning after sitting in traffic for an hour to pick up some green light bulbs. I kind of expected to see them near the entrance because of all the publicity about the green light program. No luck. I asked a greeter where I might find them and I got a one word answer I didn't understand. I asked again and he pointed toward the back of the store. I seached all over the store and looked at every light bulb on the shelves. After searching for ten minutes, I found a Walmart employee and asked where the green light bulbs were. She told me they didn't have any and wouldn't be getting any. I went to customer service and waited in line to talk to a manager. (Only one person helping at the counter). I finally had a chance to talk to the asst, manager and she told me her store wasnt shipped any and wouldn't be getting any. She said none of the stores in the area would be getting any. OK...that is someone elses fault. But, wouldn't it make sense to place a sign at the entrance to the store explaining the store would not be selling any? That would be a nice thing to do to avoid what happened to me. I called back twice to make this suggestion and no manager ever answered the phone. POOR FORM WALMART. EVERY TIME I SEE THE AD FOR WALMART'S GREEN LIGHT FOR VETS PROGRAM I GET MAD ALL OVER AGAIN!
Worst customer service ever ! So here's my story.. I went in to buy some goldfish for my son I waited 5 minutes patiently hoping someone who worked in the fish department would show up, no one did. I ask a lady who is walking to warehouse if she can have someone help me she says, ill page someone to come help you. Ten minutes pass by no one comes so I see a lady working in the children's clothes department and asked her and she says she can not help me because that is not her department so there's "NOTHING" she can do .. I see another lady walking to the warehouse (the fish department is right next to the warehouse) I ask her if she can please have someone help me it has been 20 minutes and no one has helped me she says she's just a cashier and just to wait by the fish and someone would eventually show up. By that time I was so furious how can an employee not help a customer I mean isn't that their job ? FINALLY half an hour later, the man who works in the department comes and tells me I'm just going to use the restroom ill be back . I didn't know what to say. Idk if I'm exaggerating but this was the worst customer service ever . I wish I could give these rating zero stars
