        Bad job

        I will never use this company again, very unhappy with my store parking lot. They sub-contract to people who don't care about what they are doing! Overpaid!! Do not waste time or money!

        Great Job!

        I would recommend Universal Sweeping to any Property Manager or Landlord. I rely on them for all of my Retail Shopping Center maintenance. I manage two shopping centers in Stockton and two in Sacramento, they provide us with sweeping, pressure washing and day porter services. I ask many favors that are above and beyond the work they are contracted to complete, and they always accomodate my requests.

        GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER

        I have used Universal Sweeping Services for over a year on the commerical property I manage. While I have bundled my services and use the parking lot sweeping, power washing, awning cleaning, dayporter services, and maintenance personal. I have found them to be very responsive and reliable.

        I had them pressure wash the front of my building I had streaks and paint damage!
