Beware of the most unprofessional place in Milpitas. The black guy is really crazy and not only wouldn't explain why their fees were higher than online but told me he wasn't going to "play no April Fool" games and hung up on me! I called back and he hung up on me again. I will report this to the UPS store headquarters. Their phone number is 1-877-346-3623. I will speak with his boss, and yes on the phone he said he was the boss! When I called back a kid named Mike answered and wouldn't give me the black guy's name and hung up on me. I will do everything i can to get these two juvenile delinquints fired. It's pathetic that the owner doesn't fire them.

I went there to drop off 2 pre paid boxes and asked the black guy at the store to scan and receive my boxes. He refused to do it right away so I said I will wait. He got crazy and asked me to leave his store and said he would not take my boxes as well. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager and started shouting. I took my boxes and left the place. I reported the incident to the local police and going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. There are plenty of other UPS stores around and I will never go to this one.

I came to the store yesterday for a small package about 1pound,but I forgot the authorization code that I put inside the box and I need that code to write outside of the box that I will be sent. I ask the black guy in the store to open the box for me to get the code but he said NO, he can't because It 's waste the tape. If I want to open it, I have to pay for it. And end up I have to pay $3 for the small box and $2 for his fee of pakaging my box and walked out of the store and never come back again.
This is the worst UPS store experience I have ever had. I dropped a box on Saturday at the store. But I found the item was going out on next Mon and UPS site gave much cheaper rate. I came back in ten minutes and canceled the order and took back my package which had not been sealed. The owner said I won't get a refund until three weeks later because UPS side takes time to do that. I NEVER GET THAT MONEY BACK! The owner, Savmil, just refused to give me back $76+ using I don't have ups track # as an excuse. I have a copy of the store receipt and the receipt ID on it will link to the UPS track#. But he just pretended that he can not find my record!
Savmil played nasty games to a customer before me too. He was
giving very expensive quote to him. It was only
after the guy decide to seek alternative shipping and ready to leave then he gave a lower quote.
This store is definitely a UPS's shame!
