I have shot and purchased from TM for a long time. In Oct 2012 I suffered a traumatic right leg injury and was told I would never walk again. About a year and a half later I went in using a Rollator walker and was pleasantly surprised to see they had remodeled (including installing wider doors that would allow me access. They also welcomed me with open arms and treated me very good, as I was accustomed to.
Yesterday I bought a M&P 40 and i am happy with your service. I had to wait a few hours to buy the M&P model i wanted but that is OK. The firearm was on hold for another customer from the previous day. I had to wait until 7:35 pm being that the hold was until 7:30pm. It wasent a big deal. That just showed me that they put the customer before the sale. Please trust me when i say, "GO TO TARGET MASTERS IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A FIREARM, GO TO THE RANGE WHATEVER! ANYTHING GUN RELATED GO TO TARGET MASTERS FIRST!" and bring your family if it is appropriate to you. It is an awsome, fun, and safe place.
It was late lastnight and i was getting tired so i apoligize for for forgeting the names of the people that helped me. you guys are great.
As a US Army veteran I will contine to come back and recomend Target Masters to all shooters! i can't wait until i can pick up my new M&P. I look foward to it aswell as any future business.

Price of the firearm is ok ? not the cheapest but not the most expensive in the Bay Area.
The problem is their staff? they are either ""know-it-all"" or don?t know anything (firearm, safety, law, etc). Not to mention that they have new staff working there every 2 ? 3 weeks. Other problem is the ?new shooter? ? many times I have seen them doing the 180 with their firearm because they don?t know how to handle it (or them).
The only reason I go there is because the range close at 12 midnight. Go there, pay the range fee ? do my shooting, get out, that?s all. Don't count on any help from the staff!!

I went with a friend of mine on Ladies night. She had never fired a pistol before. The counter person was great at instructions. Very helpful. The shotgun blasts were a little too loud but all together it was fun. These people are concerned with safety.
