VERY POOR customer service! Second visit and both times I waited over 30 minutes. I attempted to speak with the manager and she was dismissive. Once I saw the doctor she stated that no one notified her that she had a patient waiting. Never again!
Service is VERY poor here. They overbook appointments and make the customers wait extremely long time to be seen, just to do an exam that takes minutes... THEN you wait another hour for the ONE doctor to speak with you... Just to sit and wIt again to order and get fitted for glasses... Their time management skill are horrible and their products are crap!
It's just hopeless. While the staff/manager are friendly enough, the fact is that their products are just CRAP. I bought 2 pair of glasses w/bifocals and all other add-ons since I wear my glasses all the time (about $350). The "standard" lenses are just junk. In less than a month I have more scratches than my 5yr old glasses have. They damaged on pair in adjusting so I've been trying to get that pair replaced. The lenses in the pair that was not damaged do not fit properly in the frame, causing the plastic frame to "squish" at the top & bottom. When I asked for that to be corrected, they lens was tightened up, but once I got home I realized that there are now big "bumps" at the top & bottom of the frame, because the lens is NOT cut properly.I ordered my replacement pair for the damaged pair, but I think I'm going to cancel both pair and wear my old Rx until I can get at least one pair by a company that offers quality products.The service is great. They are very willing to correct mistakes (though I have the warranty), but the problem is that even the corrections are not REAL corrections. I have been there 3 times now for the same order so I think I'm done.If the lenses held up and their lab was competent to cut the lenses to actually fit the frames, this would be a great place to go for affordable glasses. But for me, it's just not worth the hassle anymore.
