My husband and I made a Valentine's Day reservation weeks in advance and were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. I cannot even attribute it to the busy Valentine's Day because we ate at 5:30 in the afternoon. There was one waiter and one waitress for the entire restaurant, and many "helpers" who delivered food and such. Everyone was in a state of chaos. We didn't even get bread at the table until almost 20 minutes after we sat down. We saw our waitress literally ONCE the entire time we were there. My dinner was so inedible that I did not eat it. The hostess finally came over (no apology) to tell me to give it to her and she would fix it, but by that time my husband was finished his meal (which was also bland and tasteless) and I told her no. So she walked away! We had to go up to the reception desk twice to plead for the check so we could get out of there. Finally, my husband went up and was told they were going to be kind enough not to charge me for my meal. No apologies, nothing. The table next to us sent food back to the kitchen while we were there, and the couple at the table on the other side said they had been waiting 20 minutes for a waitress. As we left, another customer was out in the lobby complaining to the hostess, who looked uninterested and didn't really seem to care. I'm sure there may be regulars that she takes care of, but I will never go back there. It was a huge disappointment
so I liked there wings until they sent me the wrong thing and when I tried to get the right thing they hung up on me and never brought me my wings or a refund
food was terrible and the atmosphere was pitiful. Stay away from this nasty place!!
Terrible Service, Poor Location (don't get hit in the driveway), Quality... might as well order your alcohol online. For an outlet store it really isn't all that great. Yea it's Millville/Vineland but there are many improvements that could/should be made to further the customers experience. The store layout! Awful! Cramped! I am never shopping here again!!!
I am responding to the comment about Laurel Station in Laurel Lake. The Pizzaria will be reopening under NEW OWNERS as soon as the store is CLEANED and REPAIRED.The OLD OWNER will not have anything what so ever to do with the store or the contents,He is no longer involved with the business. So I hope you stop by to try out some GREAT FOOD and the new and approved new LAUREL STATION and the new OWNERS.
Recommended by a friend to try this restaurant and it was fantastic! The service was quick and attentive and the food was excellent! Usually we never have left overs but this time we did! Will definitely be back soon and hope to see them expand and prosper !!!! The filet with crab was amazing as well as the sweet potatoes and clams casino . Couldn't fit in the dessert so had to take strawberry bread pudding home...can't wait to go back!
