James M. Curran graduated from Rutgers University, Cook College, in 1981 and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1984. After graduating from law school, Jim served as a judicial law clerk to the honorable John E. Bachman in the Superior Court, Law Division, and Middlesex County in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has been practicing law in Middlesex County, NJ, since that time. In 1993, he was approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and was certified by The National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist in 2003. A member of the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of United States. Jim is also admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.
