Candlelight Bridal & Formal

I am very unhappy with Candlelight Bridal. They ordered one of my bridesmaid's dress wrong, and when I asked how they were going to fix it, they told me they weren't and it was my fault it came in wrong. They were going to make my bridesmaid pay $60 for the other half she owed on the dress PLUS $70 for alterations, on a dress she didn't order. The owner is very rude and their management is horrible. Most stores would help the customer but this bridal shop, no help at all. They just made matters worse. My goal is to get the word out so others will not go through the same thing.
