I hired this company to repair some minor damage to my roof. He guaranteed his work and promised he would come out as often as he had to until it was fixed correctly. The roof is still leaking and he will not answer when I call or reply to messages left for him. He does shotty work and does not keep his word. He will present himself as just wanting to help you out when in fact he just want to overcharge for unacceptable repairs. Hire someone who actually knows what they are doing even if the cost more.
