First they called to postponed my appt. for 30 minutes. No biggie but I would expect to get prompt service once I arrive. No such luck. I'm seated and begin to wait... and wait... and wait... While I'm waiting, one of the two employees working is giving herself a color treatment while a paying customer (me) is sitting there hoping for service. What's up with that?! A walk-in is completely ignored and leaves after standing at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. After sitting there for 30 minutes with no explanation and no apology for the delay I simply left.This used to be a decent place for a hair cut. Perhaps it still is...if you're willing to put up with the abysmal customer service. I suggest finding somewhere else.
